Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using My Web Dash. By accessing or using the site or the dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

My Web Dash, accessible at mywebdash.com (the “Service”), is a dashboard that connects your Cloudflare accounts and shows your sites and Web Analytics in one place. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any change to these Terms means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.

2. Description of the Service

My Web Dash lets you connect one or more Cloudflare accounts through Cloudflare official OAuth, read only, and view your sites and Web Analytics data such as pageviews, visitors, top pages, referrers, countries, browsers, and devices, with filtering and drill-down.

The Service is in early access. You can sign in and connect a Cloudflare account today. We may change, add, or remove features at any time as the Service evolves.

3. Eligibility

The Service may be used by anyone who can form a legally binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and to connect its Cloudflare accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

When using My Web Dash, you agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a way that disrupts it or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or compromise the security or availability of the Service.
  • Connect accounts you do not have authorization to connect.
  • Copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the Service or its content without our permission.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may limit or block access for anyone who abuses the Service or attempts to disrupt it for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The My Web Dash name, site design, original written content, and the look and feel of the website and dashboard are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may share and link to our pages freely. You may not present the Service as your own or build a competing product directly from our original assets.

6. Your Accounts and Connected Data

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. When you connect a Cloudflare account, you authorize My Web Dash to read data from that account through the Cloudflare official API, read only. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from your dashboard settings. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your access to them authorized and in good standing.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service runs on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare for hosting, database, and Web Analytics data, and Google for authentication. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. My Web Dash is not affiliated with Cloudflare, Inc. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers beyond our agreements with them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall My Web Dash or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it informally.
