My Web Dash (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and dashboard at mywebdash.com. My Web Dash lets you connect your Cloudflare accounts and view Web Analytics in one dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we handle, how we use it, and your rights as a visitor or user.

2. The Short Version

  • You can browse this site without signing in or connecting any account.
  • If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile image to create your account.
  • If you connect Cloudflare, we store the connection details needed to read your analytics on your behalf. Access is read only.
  • We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand overall traffic on this site. It does not identify you.
  • We do not sell your data.

3. Information We Collect

Account data: When you sign in with Google we store your email address and account identifier so we can run your account.

Account data: If you sign in through Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store these in our Cloudflare D1 database to create and maintain your account.

Cloudflare connection data: If you connect a Cloudflare account, we store the OAuth connection details needed to read your sites and Web Analytics data on your behalf, such as account identifiers and an access token. Access is read only. We cannot change your DNS, settings, or any other part of your Cloudflare account.

Analytics data you view (Cloudflare Web Analytics): When you use the dashboard, we retrieve pageviews, visitors, top pages, referrers, countries, browsers, and devices from Cloudflare’s Web Analytics GraphQL API for the sites and accounts you connect. This data belongs to your Cloudflare account and is shown to you inside your dashboard.

Analytics data (anonymous, about this site): We use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool to measure aggregate traffic to mywebdash.com, such as page views, approximate region, referrer, and device type. This data is anonymous and not linked to you.

Technical data (server logs): Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and performance purposes.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Create and maintain your account.
  • Connect to Cloudflare on your behalf, and display your data inside your dashboard.
  • Contact you about your account, service changes, and launch.
  • Run and maintain the site and keep it secure.
  • Understand overall usage so we can improve the product and this site.
  • Respond to messages you send us through the support form or email.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you in a significant way.

5. Cookies and Storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Your theme preference may be stored in browser local storage on your device.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and the dashboard:

Server logs collected by Cloudflare are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes. You can disconnect a Cloudflare account at any time, and you can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

9. Children’s Privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of My Web Dash after an update means you accept the revised policy.
